Visitor FAQs


I am visiting the show from out of town, what are my lodging options?

There are numerous hotels in Pasadena offering a range of pricing options.  The Sheraton Pasadena Hotel and the Hilton Hotel are very close in proximity to the Pasadena Conference Center.  Another terrific option is airbnb.

What are the hours of the show?

The event hours are 10am - 6pm.  There will be a break for lunch from 1:15pm - 2pm.

How much does it cost to attend the show?

Ticket prices are $20 per person in advance and $25 per person at the door.  VIP Tickets are $50 each.3What are my parking options?

The Pasadena Convention Center Parking Garage is $13.  There are other parking garages in the area.  Street parking is limited.  Please obey all parking signs.

Will food be available for purchase?

YES! You may purchase coffee, pastries, snacks and lunch at the expo on the 1st floor anytime between 10am - 5pm or head over to the Paseo Colorado Mall next door for many restaurant options.

Are children permitted to attend the show?

Yes, but children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  There is no cost for children 16 or under.  Because of the sensitive nature of the show we highly recommend that visitors do not bring children.

How much does it cost to attend a seminar?

Seminars are included in the cost of admission.  Attend as many as you like!

How much does it cost to participate in the Rejuvenation activities?

It is included in the cost of admission.

How much does it cost to participate in the 1-on-1 Consultations?

It is included in the cost of admission.

Is this a private event?

We have reserved the entire Conference Center Building in order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.  We do not require visitors to wear name badges and we will never sell your information.  Lastly, we will not be giving out media passes.  You can attend the American Fertility Expo & Conference knowing that your privacy is our utmost concern.
